Explore the Mediterranean in style with the new Celestyal Journey ship

Celestyal Cruises, known and appreciated for its wonderful cruises in the Greek Islands and the eastern Mediterranean, is excited to introduce the newest ship in its fleet, Celestyal Journey.
Thanks to an investment of 20 million euros (approximately 21 million dollars) used for a thorough renovation and technical review, Celestyal Journey will begin its adventure on September 2, 2023, taking over the seven-night program of the Celestyal Crystal. The ship's name evokes exploration, discovery, and progress, embodying a spirit of ambition and adventure, aiming to bring guests closer to the destinations they visit.
Celestyal Journey stands out for its large number of premium and spacious cabins. The medium-sized ship, with a capacity of 1,260 passengers, has 630 cabins, of which 149 have a balcony. Of these, 120 are Junior Suites, 28 are Grand Suites, and one is a Penthouse Concept Suite. A special feature of the ship is that 80% of the cabins are exterior, offering generous space for guests.
Guests will enjoy a wide variety of culinary options on board Celestyal Journey, with seven unique locations, including specialty and themed restaurants from Mediterranean, European, and Asian cuisines, as well as eight bars and lounges.
The ship boasts numerous open deck areas, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The outdoor decks are equipped with two swimming pools and two jacuzzis, and a secluded outdoor area, Beach Club, will be created exclusively for guests who book a Grand or Junior Suite. They will also have access to Celestyal's concierge service, which will offer them priority check-in, fast boarding, and rapid luggage delivery service, including unpacking assistance. A dedicated concierge will be available in the Poseidon lounge to help suite guests with personalized service requests.
In addition, Celestyal Journey features a large and comprehensive spa, fitness, and wellness area with ocean views, as well as two fully-equipped conference rooms and a multifunctional amphitheater with a cinema, making Celestyal Journey perfect for meetings and business events.
