MSC Magnifica is returning to Europe starting in 2025

Previously scheduled to offer short cruises to the Bahamas, MSC Magnifica is now poised to sail in Europe during the summer season of 2025. Joining the other MSC Cruises ships sailing in the Western Mediterranean, the vessel, built in 2010, will offer a new 7-night itinerary in Italy, France, and Spain.

The itinerary, scheduled to run between May and October 2025, includes stops in Genoa, Marseille, Valencia, and Tarragona. With just one day at sea, the itinerary also includes stops in Civitavecchia and Livorno, where passengers can visit Rome and Pisa.

After the conclusion of the summer season, MSC Magnifica will continue to operate several itineraries in the Western Mediterranean before kicking off the world cruise season. The ship, with a capacity of 2550 passengers, will depart from Genoa on January 6, 2026.

During this 119-day world cruise, the 89,600-ton ship is scheduled to cover approximately 67,000 km and visit 47 destinations in 32 countries on 5 continents.

Currently sailing from Port Miami, MSC Magnifica has been offering 3- or 4-night cruises to the Bahamas and Florida since late 2023.

In addition to Nassau, Freeport, and Key West, the ship's itineraries also include stops at the private island, Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, owned by MSC Cruises.

Now, MSC Seascape is scheduled to offer 3 to 7-night cruises in the Caribbean and Bahamas departing from Port Miami in 2025.

After commencing operations in April next year, MSC World America, with a capacity of 5400 passengers, is ready to sail from the port in South Florida throughout the year.

MSC Cruises' fleet in the United States for the summer of 2025 also includes MSC Meraviglia departing from New York City and MSC Seashore departing from Port Canaveral.
